Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right.

At Clock Tower roundabout, proceed straight over into South Parade promenade. Take first turning right, and after a short distance turn left into Drummond Road. Chantry Villa Hotel is on the left after a few yards.

Leaving the coach / railway station keep right, turning right into Richmond Drive.

Cross the road (pelican crossings) and turn right. Walk to traffic lights and turn left into Sandbeck Avenue.

Walk to Drummond Road, at the end of Sandbeck Avenue and turn right into Drummond Road.

Chantry Villa is on the left side after about 100 yards.
